Craniosacral Therapy:

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive method of evaluating and enhancing the function of a physiological body arrangement called the craniosacral system. Developed by John E. Upledger, DO, OMM, this manual therapy enhances the body’s natural healing processes and has proven effective in treating a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Hot Stone Massage:

Stone massage involves the use of heated smooth river rocks and cooled marble stones applied to the body in various patterns to bring relief to stiff or sore muscles and to open energy flow. Heated stones are used to administer the massage and their use provides a deep, soothing release. Once the heat has dissipated slightly, the stones are placed on the body in strategic locations for continued warmth and relaxation. Each sessions takes 90 minutes and will leave you feeling revitalized, pampered and nurtured. Please schedule at a time when you can relax afterward so the benefits are optimized.

Medical Massage:

Medical massage differs from therapeutic or “wellness” massage in that the former is a medical necessity prescribed by a physician or chiropractor and the latter is a personal service initiated by the client without referral interface. Medical massage requires a prescription from a referring doctor and pre-authorization of benefits for insurance purposes.

Raindrop Technique

You will enjoy the aromas and medicinal benefits of nine essential oils, each specifically chosen to promote health, relaxation, and a return to balance. Each oil is worked into the feet and then along the back with energetic feathering strokes and some simple massage techniques. The highest quality essential oils are used. Raindrop is a powerful aromatherapy technique for assisting the body in its natural self-correction.

Reiki:

Reiki works in conjunction with the meridian energy lines and chakras through the use of hand-positions which normally correspond to the seven major chakras in the body. This non-invasive technique utilizes the hands to clear, energize, and balance the human and environmental energy fields. Healing touch is based on a heart-centered, caring relationship in which the practitioner and client come together energetically to facilitate the client's health and healing.
