Cancellation Policy
In order for Whole Body Health to maintain our fair prices and high quality staff, appointments for all NEW CLIENTS must either be reserved with a credit card or a gift certificate number. Your credit card will not be charged prior to your arrival. When you reserve an appointment time, it is our responsibility to provide you with excellent massage/bodywork in a professional and timely manner. As a service based business, our therapists are paid per session. It is our policy to request payment for forgotten or willfully missed appointments that are not cancelled with 24-hours notice. We charge a $40 Fee for all cancellations within 24-hours, regardless of length of treatment.

Lateness Policy
We request that you arrive early for your scheduled appointment. If you are late, depending upon the circumstances, we may have to shorten your appointment time in order to stay on schedule for our other clients. The normal fee for your scheduled appointment time will remain the same. Please call us to let us know if you are running late. If, for any reason, WE are late starting your appointment, you will receive the full scheduled time.

The Whole Body Health Center is located on the southeast corner of 8th Avenue and Simms Street. From the 6th Avenue exit onto Simms Street, go north 2 blocks to 8th Avenue.
